Who we are?
Algonika is a family owned metal machining company established in the year of 2002 in Lithuania. Throughout the years, we have continually invested into the company to build our own manufacturing base that allowed for production of complete custom steel solutions, from machining of the blanks to surface finishing by powder coating.
Good work has proven to be the source of more work, therefore we believe in and seek for long term partnerships based on mutual respect, friendship and value co-creation.
When it comes to reliability, acknowledging that our timely delivery is a prerequisite for successful implementation of the project and in turn for the good name of our customer – we weigh production capacity carefully. We say what we mean and we mean what we say – our promise to deliver is solid.

Environment
Taking care of environment is an aspect that we consider as a manufacturer in numerous ways:
- We seek to employ large-lot production for every product, to achieve best efficiency of materials, energy and machining time.
- We seek to reduce use of hazardous materials in our production to the lowest possible limit.
- We mitigate climate change with the help of efficient energy use, by minimising water consumption, and minimising, recycling and reusing waste.
- We cooperate with a local recycling company, that collects and recycles our metal, carton, plastic package and other waste for later reproduction.
