Ventilation hoods

Reliable, repeatable hood manufacturing for demanding commercial kitchens.

At Algonika, we design and manufacture ventilation hoods fully in-house — from engineering to final assembly. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel, our hoods ensure durability, hygiene, and long-term performance in intensive kitchen environments.

Engineering & Production

Every ventilation hood is engineered with performance, compliance, and manufacturability in mind.

We design each system in accordance with EN 16282, ensuring proper capture efficiency, airflow balance, and safe operation in commercial kitchen environments. Airflow calculations are performed for every project, based on cooking load, equipment layout, and kitchen conditions — not assumptions.

Before production, you receive clear technical drawings for approval. This ensures alignment and eliminates surprises.

Production is carried out fully in-house:

Fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, polishing, powder coating, assembly and packing.
Controlled, repeatable processes provide consistent quality across single units and serial production.
